Tai Chi movements are low-impact and gentle.

Recent studies have found that tai chi’s slow, graceful exercise, which originated centuries ago as a martial art, can improve balance, reduce stress and offer arthritis pain relief.

  • A regular tai chi practice will help build muscle strength and endurance with minimal stress on your muscles and joints.
  • Tai Chi is effective in improving static and dynamic balance, which is important in preventing fall and injuries.
  • Suitable for every fitness level and every age!

Wear loose and comfortable clothes, bring water, and no floor mat required
