Steve Cooper was elected to the Crittenton Foundation Board of Directors in February 2013. Mr. Cooper, recently named Managing Director of Investments for Wells Fargo Advisors in Troy, is a financial advisor with more than 30 years in the industry. He is a member of the Rochester Rotary and St. Andrew Catholic Church.
“I am honored to join the Crittenton Foundation Board of Directors because I believe private philanthropy is critical to the future of healthcare,” said Mr. Cooper. “Engaging others in sustaining Crittenton is important for my family and our community.” Mr. Cooper, with his wife Bernadette and their family, is an active supporter of the Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) Therapy Development Institute, which works to find potential treatments for the disease.
The Crittenton Foundation Board of Directors assists with the fundraising, stewardship and distribution of funds to support healing, wellness and community for the hospital. The Board is led by Chairman Anthony Nehra, MD, and Melinda Conway Callahan, CFRE, Foundation President. Other members are Kimberly Cross, Brian Donohoe, Forest Farmer, Boyd Farnam, Shirley Gofrank, Vice Chairman Frederick Maibauer, MD, Secretary Deborah Kresge McDowell, Lillie Smalley, Daniel White, MD, John Modetz, Ernestine Pixley and George Seifert. Ex-officio members are Frank Sottile, MD, Crittenton’s President & CEO and Donna Kopinski, Chief Financial Officer and Foundation Board Treasurer.
