Our providers have state-of-the-art training by nationally recognized wound care and hyperbaric medicine experts. We have been awarded the National Healing Front Runners 2010 Award.

The Wound Healing Center is dedicated to enhancing the health status of the individuals it serves. Our mission is accomplished through the provision of a full range of wound care treatments and technologies, including hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and quality services in partnership with our patients and physicians.
Our Medical Director, Kevin Florek, D.O. has been affiliated with the Crittenton Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Medicine Center since its beginning, September 2002. He is a Certified Wound Specialist and Board Certified in Undersea and Hyperbaric Medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Wound Management and a Fellow of the College of Certified Wound Specialists.

We partner with a renowned healing management company, National Healing Corporation (founded in 1996), who helps us provide comprehensive wound care management solutions. Together, we provide a patient oriented treatment pathway that brings the care and the care givers to the patient that has produced the highest patient satisfaction rates in the industry.
Where is the Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Medicine Center Located?
The Center is located on the 2nd floor of Crittenton Hospital Medical Center, Rochester Hills, Michigan – in Oakland County. Just a short distance from the hospital entrance at the south parking structure. With the Wound Healing Center conveniently located in the hospital, if other care, such as lab, x-ray or other diagnostic studies are necessary, your visits may be planned at your convenience.
Since opening the Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Medicine Center in September 2002, Crittenton Hospital Medical Center has remained committed to providing our patients with the most state-of-the-art, comprehensive and cutting edge center available. We continue to support our patients with a multi-disciplinary approach to healing complex wounds.
