Crittenton’s Inpatient Rehabilitation team is the link to gaining back your independence following an illness or injury. Open since 1993, we are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and offer a stroke specialty program with above national average of patients returning directly home post discharge.

Rehabilitation patients are referred for inpatient rehabilitation by their physician. Individuals considered for admission have an ongoing or new diagnosis that may include:

  • CVA(stroke)
  • Amputation
  • Neurological disorders
  • Parkinson’s Disease
  • Multiple sclerosis
  • Muscular Dystrophy
  • Arthritis
  • Brain injury
  • Tumor/cancer
  • Fracture
  • Major multiple trauma
  • Nerve impairment
  • Polyarthritis
  • Deconditioning secondary to lengthy illness or disabling condition

As every patient is unique, each patient is evaluated on a case-by-case basis to assess the need for inpatient rehabilitation.  We utilize a patient and family centered team approach in the care of each patient. We are devoted to helping amazing people like you get back to your best amazingly fast.
