Rochester- Crittenton, St. John Providence and FOX 2 Detroit are teaming up to offer the free “Healthy Heart Project” event to the community. The event is scheduled for Saturday, April 29, 7 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. at three locations across southeast Michigan:
Detroit: St. John Hospital & Medical Center – 22101 Moross, Detroit, MI 48236
Southfield: Providence Hospital – 16001 W. 9 Mile Road, Southfield MI 48075
Rochester: Crittenton Hospital Medical Center, 1101 W. University Drive, Rochester, MI 48307
Each participant will receive an electrocardiogram, which is a non-invasive electrical recording of the heart, as well as a blood glucose test, blood pressure screening, body mass index and a one-on-one consultation with a medical professional about heart health.
