FREE Dinner with a Doc: “Atrial Fibrillation: State of the Art in 2017,” Karl Ilg, MD, on Wednesday, 8/9/2017, 6:30 – 8pm, Crittenton Hospital Auditorium.  Atrial Fibrillation (AF) affects more than three million people in the US and is expected to affect 15 million by 2050.  AF can hinder a person’s quality of life and the treatment can be complicated.  Learn about the new medications for stroke prevention and the antiarrhythmic drugs.  Ablation and hybrid procedures (procedures that combine robotic/endoscopic with ablation) make treatment options even more exciting.  Light strolling dinner provided by Great Oaks Country Club in the Crittenton lobby 6:30 pm.  (Please RSVP by 8/3/2017 for dinner.)  Lecture begins at 7pm.
