Feel Better Now!  MELT  Treatment - Intro class Have you experienced sudden, unexplained pain?  Do you feel anxious or moody?  Do you suffer poor sleep or digestion?  Come and learn the simple self-treatment techniques of the MELT Method (MELT).  MELT is a beakthough self-care system that helps pain, heal injury, and erase the negative effects of aging and active living.  MELT stimulates the hands-on techniques of manual therapy to elimnate stress, pain and dysfunction.  MELT uses a soft roller and specialized balls to eliminate chronic pain, improve performance and decrease tension caused by repetitive movements of everyday living.  This unique method empowers you to help yourself feel better, move easier and lead a healthier, more active life at ANY AGE. Learn how the connective tissue in your hands and feet gets dehydrated, the common aches and pains it can cause and how to rehydrate this essential system in our bodies for vibrant health and pain-free movement during this introduction class. MELT instructor:   Shaina Thurmon, RN,BSN   Wear comfortable clothing.  Foot treatment is done barefoot.  Please bring water to drink for hydration. Freedom From Smoking

Features a step-by-step plan for quitting smoking. Each of the 8 sessions is designed to help smokers gain control over their behavior. Participants work on the process and problems of quitting both individually and as part of a group. The Freedom From Smoking® program has helped hundreds of thousands of people quit smoking – and it can help you, too! Look Good Feel Better

This program provides information and cosmetic advice to those with cancer.  Includes hands-on instruction on makeup and skin care, as well as suggestions for using wigs,turbans, and scarves.  Facilitated by certified cosmetologists.  Held in Conference room 2E.

Youth Mental Health First Aid Training - For Adults Who Support Our Youth

This course is designed for adults who work with young people, ages 12-18 -teachers, coaches, leaders of faith communities, social workers and other caring citizens.
