October 1, 2014 15th Annual Breast Cancer Awareness Walk & Women's Wellness Event  4:30pm-7:00pm Free for women of all ages and their families! Health Screenings, Flu shots, Facial Rejuvenation, Salon Treatments, Refreshments, Health and Wellness Activites. Registration begins at 4:30pm.  Walk Starts at 5:15pm.  One mile walk through Rochester, starting and finishing at Crittenton. Crittenton Hospital Medical Center Main Lobby

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is designed for people of varied ages and physical abilities seeking a gentle exercise routine, improved mobility, balance, breathing and relaxation.  This Arthritis Foundation program uses Sun style Tai Chi, one of the four major recognized styles of Tai Chi. The movements don't require deep bending or squatting, which makes it easier and more comfortable to learn. Practicing Tai Chi has also been credited with improved musculoskeletal strength and cardiovascular health and is a safe and effective way for people to maintain bone density.   6-week course. Look Good Feel Better

This program provides information and cosmetic advice to those with cancer.  Includes hands-on instruction on makeup and skin care, as well as suggestions for using wigs,turbans, and scarves.  Facilitated by certified cosmetologists.  Held in Conference room 2F.
