MELT Method Treatment

Feel Better Now!  MELT  Treatment Have you experienced sudden, unexplained pain?  Do you feel anxious or moody?  Do you suffer poor sleep or digestion?  Come and learn the simple self-treatment techniques of the MELT Method (MELT).  MELT is a beakthrough self-care system that helps pain, heal injury, and erase the negative effects of aging and active living.  MELT stimulates the hands-on techniques of manual therapy to eliminate stress, pain and dysfunction.  MELT uses a soft roller and specialized balls to eliminate chronic pain, improve performance and decrease tension caused by repetitive movements of everyday living.  This unique method empowers you to help yourself feel better, move easier and lead a healthier, more active life at ANY AGE. Learn how the connective tissue in your hands and feet gets dehydrated, the common aches and pains it can cause and how to rehydrate this essential system in our bodies for vibrant health and pain-free movement during this  class. MELT instructor:   Shaina Thurmon, RN,BSN   Wear comfortable clothing.  Foot treatment is done barefoot.  Please bring water to drink for hydration.
