Breastfeeding Cafe

Breastfeeding provides optimal nutrition and bonding for your infant, but it does not always come easy. A community of support from other mothers as well as trained professionals can help you meet your goals.  This monthly group, led by a certified lactation consultant, is designed to provide support and education on common breastfeeding concerns. Mothers and Daughters Exploring Changes Making the transition from child to adult can be a challenge for both children and their parents.  Mothers and daughters can explore the physical and emotional changes that come about during puberty.  Program is designed for mothers and their daughters age 9 to 12.  $10/family March 14, 2016  6:30pm-8pm
