This Childbirth series is offered on one Saturday for couples who don't have time to attend the regular weekly series. A Birthplace tour is also included in this Express class.

Please bring 2 pillows and a blanket to class. Please bring light snacks and drinks. There is a lunch break for participants  and you have the option of bringing your own lunch or finding a local restaurant close to the hospital.
