Play and Grow! Summer Series
For parents and their children ages 2-5
3 week series - topics include: Parent-Child Yoga, Miss Margee with healthy habits, and Mini Musicians.
August 11 – Parent-Child Yoga class will teach ways to gain strength, flexibility and exercise through yoga. You and your child will have fun doing yoga moves to the alphabet. This is a gentle way to introduce your child to a lifelong habit of staying healthy and active!
August 18 - Miss Margee, Parent and Child Instructor, will be presenting a fun class that includes free play, songs, stories, and a craft on the topic of healthy habits and healthy eating! Children along with their parent will enjoy this interactive class!
August 25 - Mini Musicians class include songs, rhythmic rhymes, movement, and instrument play. These activities are presented as informal, non-performance-oriented musical experiences--developmentally appropriate for children and easy for parents and caregivers--regardless of their own musical ability.
Registration includes child and one adult.
