Crittenton’s Employee Unlimited Potential (UP) Group is comprised of more than 700 employees who have made three-year pledges totaling nearly $450,000 to support hospital and community programs.
Founded in 1988, the mission of Employee Unlimited Potential is to promote and support the employees, the hospital and the community. Employee Unlimited Potential supports many hospital and community programs, including the Harvest Food Gathering to benefit Gleaners Community Food Bank of Southeastern Michigan, Holiday Giving Tree program for the Rochester Area Neighborhood House, six $1,000 educational grants annually for employees and their dependents, and many more.
Working as ambassadors for the hospital, the Employee Unlimited Potential Group demonstrates that those closest to the mission of Crittenton are some of the most dedicated to its preservation and advancement.
