Mothers & Daughters: Exploring Changes

Making the transition from children to adults can be challenging for both children and their parents. This one-evening program for mothers and their daughters, ages 9 to 12, explores the physical and emotional changes that come about during puberty.

Making the change from child to adult can be a challenge for both children and their parents. Fathers and sons can explore the physical and emotional changes that occur during puberty through this one-evening program designed for fathers and their sons ages 9 to 12.


American Red Cross Babysitter Training

Taught by a registered nurse, this class is designed to teach the basic skills of babysitting.   Participants must be at least 11 years old.  All participants receive a Babysitter's Training set.  Certificates given at the completion of class.   We recommend taking Friends & Family CPR as well.


Lifeline Medical Alert

A medical alert service gives older adults and those with chronic medical conditions the security and confidence to continue to live independently at the one place they feel most comfortable - in their own home.  Call 248-652-5269 for information.
