The highly skilled medical staff of Crittenton Hospital Medical Center serves the communities of Oakland, Macomb and Lapeer counties. Your referral relationship with Crittenton Hospital Medical Center is highly valued. We are dedicated to developing and maintaining positive relationships with our medical staff. Physician Relations is available to provide support to physicians and their office staff so that they can better serve their patients. Our roles include but are not limited to:
• In-office visits for purposes of discussing new and existing hospital services
• In-office visits for immediate attention to physicians’ issues or concerns
• Create efficient processes to help offices navigate departments within the hospital system
• New Physician Orientation
• Arrange monthly educational programs for Office Managers and Office Staff – OSHA, Risk Management, Insurance Representatives, etc.
• Promotion of new and existing hospital services
• Coordination of CME activities
• Reporting of Press Ganey results to individual physicians
• Provide physician feedback to hospital departments resulting in improved services and processes
• Assess need for new physicians and assist in recruitment process for private practices
• In-office visit to facilitate remote access to the hospital’s EMR
• In-office EMR training for office staff, including ongoing training as staff turnover occurs
